Therapy That Starts With Curiosity

Hi,

I’m Kate

I know firsthand that life usually doens’t go as planned. In my own work and life, I’ve grown frustrated with being told there’s a “5-step foolproof plan” to make things better. What I’ve seen instead is that change is rarely linear, and it doesn’t come from checking the right boxes. When anxiety, perfectionism, or your relationship with substances—or a loved one’s—starts to take up more space than you want, it can feel heavy, confusing, and isolating. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about slowing down, getting curious about what actually matters to you, noticing the patterns that keep you stuck, and finding ways to respond that fit your life. I believe there’s no single right path forward, and that meaningful change happens on your terms. My role is to walk alongside you with honesty and compassion, so you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m looking forward to getting to know you!
